1. Replacement of oil filter of screw air compressor
1. The running-in period of the new machine for the first time is generally 500 hours, and the oil filter needs to be replaced. 

2. It is recommended to replace the new oil filter every 2000 hours or so. It is best to replace the oil filter at the same time when changing the oil. The replacement cycle should be shortened when the environment is harsh. The service life of oil filter and screw air compressor oil has a great relationship with the cleanliness of air filter. 

3. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element beyond the time limit. Otherwise, due to the serious blockage of the filter element, the pressure difference exceeds the limit of the bypass valve, and the bypass valve is automatically opened, and a large amount of stolen goods and particles will directly enter the screw air compressor host with random oil, causing serious consequences.

Second, the maintenance and maintenance of the air filter element of the screw air compressor

The air filter element is the goalkeeper to filter out air impurities, and the filtered clean air enters the compression chamber of the screw rotor for compression. Because the internal clearance of the screw air compressor only allows particles within 15υm to be filtered out. If the air filter element is clogged and damaged, a large number of particles larger than 15u will enter the screw main engine to circulate, which will not only shorten the service life of the oil filter element and the oil and gas separation core, but also cause a large number of particles to directly enter the bearing cavity, which will accelerate the bearing wear and increase the rotor gap and increase the compression efficiency. lowered, or even the rotor is killed. 

Therefore, the air filter element should be maintained once a week, and the dust particles on the outer surface of the air filter element should be blown out from the inner cavity with compressed gas.

The air filter element should be replaced once every 1000-2000 hours under normal conditions. In places where the environment is particularly harsh, such as mining, paper industry, and textile industry, it is recommended to replace the air filter element every 1000 hours. 

3. Maintenance and replacement of screw air compressor oil core

The function of the oil and gas separator is to separate the oil and gas mixture. Under normal conditions of use, the life of the fine oil separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of the lubricating oil and the filtration accuracy of the air have an important impact on its life. In harsh environments, the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element must be shortened. 

The oil and gas separator must be replaced after it has been used for about 3000 hours or the pressure difference between the front and rear exceeds 0.12Mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded, the current will be too large, and electricity will be consumed, and the fine oil separator will be easily damaged and run out of oil. 

4. Maintenance and replacement of screw air compressor oil

The quality of the screw air compressor oil has a decisive influence on the stability of the oil-injected screw air compressor. The user must use the special screw oil matched with the equipment. 

The first oil replacement is carried out after the new machine's running-in period of 500 hours, and the new oil is replaced every 2000 hours of operation thereafter. When changing the oil, it is best to change the oil filter at the same time. The replacement cycle should also be shortened when used in harsh environments.

If it has been stopped for a long time and the air compressor oil is replaced in a cold state, the air compressor should be started to run for 5 minutes, so that the oil reaches a certain temperature and the viscosity drops before operating. After the oil heats up, shut down the air compressor until it stops running completely, open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas barrel, and connect the oil storage tank. The oil drain valve should be opened slowly to avoid splashing the human body with the lubricating oil under pressure and temperature.

During the use of the air compressor, it must be checked frequently. When the oil level is found to be too low, new oil should be added in time. The condensed water must also be discharged frequently during the use of lubricating oil. Generally, it should be discharged once a week. Discharge once a day.
 
It is strictly forbidden to mix and use different brands of lubricating oil, and do not use the lubricating oil for an extended period of time, otherwise the quality of the lubricating oil will decrease, the lubricity will be poor, and the flash point will decrease, which will easily cause high temperature shutdown, and even cause the oil to spontaneously ignite. 

5. Daily maintenance of screw air compressor cooler

It should also be reminded here that the daily maintenance of the screw air compressor cooler is also very important, and the cooling effect of the cooler directly affects the operating temperature of the air compressor. 

The plate-fin structure is prone to agglomeration of dust, so the maintenance of the cooler requires regular purging with dry compressed air.
 
If the screw air compressor is used in a harsh environment and the surface of the cooler is full of oil stains and cannot be blown clean, then the radiator should be removed and washed with high-pressure water for washing cars to restore the cooling effect of the screw air compressor radiator. .
