Oil-free screw air compressor​The air compressor has stable performance in the application, the compressed air quality is high, and the noise is low when running, and it is convenient to move. In order to extend the working life, it should be installed and used correctly when using it.

1. Keep the body of the oil-free screw air compressor clean.

2. Keep the workplace tidy: Disorganization can easily lead to accidents.

3. Pay attention to the workplace environment: oil-free air compressors should not be left to wind or rain, do not work in humid and dark places, and do not work in places where flammable and explosive liquids and gases are stored and dusty.

4. Do not suck flammable and explosive gases or operate in an environment containing these gases.

5. Keep the machine properly: If you do not use oil-free screw air compressors, air compressors should be discharged from the air and sewage in the air storage tank and stored in a dry environment.

6. Do not use the machine forcefully: operate according to the calibrated voltage, speed or load on the oil-free screw air compressor, the effect will be better and safer.

7. Protect the cable: Do not pull the cable to unplug the plug from the power supply. The cable should be kept away from heat and oil, and avoid contact with sharp objects.

8. Beware of electric shock: When using an oil-free screw air compressor, please do not let your body touch grounded objects (such as ducts, heating pipes, refrigerators, etc.)

9. Keep outsiders/children away: Keep children who have nothing to do with the job close to the oil-free screw air compressor, so as to injure or get an electric shock.

10. Anti-overpressure start: It is strictly forbidden to use overpressure. The oil-free screw air compressor is set at the factory to use the highest pressure of 8BAR, and the safe pressure relief is 8.8BAR, otherwise the gas tank may explode.

11. Warning: The use of non-pure original accessories can easily cause damage to the air compressor and even personal injury.

12. Power supply voltage: It should be noted that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage on the nameplate of the oil-free screw air compressor. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause a personal accident and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause poor starting and even damage the motor.

13. The compressor can only be used for pressurized air. Under no circumstances can it be used to process other gases. It cannot be used to suck liquid, particles, solids and any flammable substances that may cause an explosion.

14. Cut off the power in time: When not in use after get off work, develop the habit of cutting off the power in time. When moving an oil-free air compressor, the power switch must be turned off.
