Then the air compressor equipment needs to be cautious when restarting after a long-term shutdown.
Air compressor equipment is different from many general-purpose equipment. After a long period of standstill, most of the screw oil in the air compressor system will return to the bottom of the oil and gas cylinder, while the head, its oil delivery pipe, radiator and other key components are It may be that there is very little oil, and the amount of oil required by the screw air compressor during high-speed operation two minutes before the start of the screw air compressor cannot be met for the first time. In this case, if the screw air compressor is started directly, it may cause rapid heating due to poor lubrication of the internal parts of the air compressor, excessive noise, and even jamming due to lack of lubrication and dry grinding of the machine head.
In order to enable the screw air compressor to start and run stably and normally after a long-term shutdown, it is recommended that all air compressor users must take precautions and measures for the air compressor to start before starting the equipment.
If possible, refuel from the air inlet before starting, manually turn the front and back of the two steering wheels to make the main engine a certain amount of lubrication, and start the air compressor at least three times before starting the formal start, which can effectively avoid When the air compressor is turned on, the internal oil supply of the air compressor is not timely, and the machine head is burned or abraded and stuck. Especially in the low temperature season in winter, please do so.
Inching method of power frequency screw air compressor:
Disconnect the air compressor inlet valve and load the solenoid valve junction box → → open the emergency stop button → press the start button to start → → run for about 3 to 4 seconds → press the emergency stop button to stop, wait about 30 seconds and repeat the above step 2 three times.
Until the sight glass shows that the oil level of the special oil for the screw air compressor has dropped significantly, it means that the air compressor lubricating oil has been able to circulate normally, which provides lubrication protection to the machine head. At this time, you can officially start using the air compressor with confidence. (Attention: When the jog is started, you must press the emergency stop button to stop the machine. Do not press the stop button to stop. The stop button will easily cause the jog running time to be too long due to the stop delay setting, resulting in insufficient lubrication and dry wear of the machine head. There is a certain risk.) Inching method of frequency conversion screw air compressor: The upper limit of the frequency conversion frequency of the air compressor can be temporarily adjusted to be the same as the lower limit of the frequency, and then unplug the loading solenoid valve plug of the intake valve, and then start the air compressor, let the air compressor idling for a few minutes at low frequency and slow speed , After the sight glass shows that the oil level has dropped significantly, stop the machine again, adjust the upper limit frequency back to the original frequency, and then plug the screw air compressor loading solenoid valve plug back, so that it can be preheated and lubricated. Start the air compressor according to the normal steps.
