The oil-less air compressor is a more common mechanical equipment, but the oil-free air compressor will exhibit a phenomenon of insufficient gas supply during the operation. So how do we deal with this problem in the process of using it? Next, let's take a look at the reasons for the lack of gas supply of oil-free air compressors.

Reason one, the problem of air leakage
This is the most likely cause of this defeat. When the air compressor tank has a certain pressure (slightly above atmospheric pressure), you can start the oil-free air compressor and stop it. Then use your ear to listen to air leaks at the joints of external pipes, gas supply pipes, check valves, safety valves, pressure switches, etc. If there is a leaking sound, it is necessary to repair the leak.

Cause two, machine wear
Oil-free air compressor yin and yang rotor wear: When there is a large wear between the yin and yang rotors and the stator cavity, the internal leakage of the oil-free air compressor is very large, and the oil-free air pressure opportunity is insufficient.

Reason three, selection problem
Many users simply don't know the detailed gas consumption they produce, so they picked this type. At this point, the exhaust pressure does not rise, which is lower than the additional exhaust pressure and does not meet the normal gas consumption of the plant. At this point, they can see if there are gas leaks in the pipeline.

If the unit is able to add pressure quickly, close the valve behind the tank and open the valve. The pressure drops abruptly, and after all, the pressure point is reached, and then it can be confirmed that the compressor unit type selection is too small, and the displacement of the unit is smaller than the actual gas consumption in the production.

Treatment plan: Add a new device so that the displacement of the compressor is 10-20 times larger than the gas consumption.

Reason four, gas production specifications

If the user adds equipment that requires gas, the gas consumption will exceed the oil-free air compressor, indicating that the machine is overloaded. Even if it continues to produce gas at this time, it will not meet your needs. Maybe you would think it didn't have enough gas. This is very common, so check to see if your most recent fuel consumption has been added.

The above is the reference content of the lack of gas supply to the oil-free air compressor. When the internal leakage is large, the oil-free air compressor has insufficient gas production, the suction end has noise change, and no pressure occurs. This situation can be affirmed. Oil-free air compressors are lazy and do not encourage. Oil-free air compressor loading without drumming is a common oil-free air compressor failure.
