First of all, the mute oil-free air compressor mainframes all use miniature reciprocating piston compressors. This type of air compressor is not a silent oil-free air compressor. The air quality does not meet the requirements of silent oil-free air compressors.
  
Secondly, the operating principle of the Ingersoll Rand oil-free air compressor main engine: when the motor single-axis drive compressor crankshaft rotates, the piston is self-lubricated without any lubricant by reciprocating the drive through the connecting rod, from the inner wall of the cylinder, The working volume of the cylinder head and the top surface of the piston changes periodically. When the piston of the piston compressor starts working from the cylinder head, the working volume in the cylinder will gradually increase, and then the gas will move along the intake pipe, push the intake valve into the cylinder, and when the working volume becomes maximum, the intake air The valve is closed; the piston of the piston compressor moves in the opposite direction, the opposite process, and then the exhaust valve closes.

The approximate working process is: the crankshaft of the piston compressor rotates once, the piston is once, and the process of intake, compression and exhaust is successively realized in the cylinder, that is, a working cycle is completed. The single-shaft, two-cylinder design allows the compressor gas flow to be twice that of a single cylinder at a given rated speed and is well controlled for vibration and noise control. The last reference standard is whether the technical parameter identification of the machine is complete and qualified. According to the internationally identified parameters, there are two types of metric units and US units. Generally, manufacturers with simple parameter identification do not have relevant testing equipment, and some parameters do not meet the general technical standards. Therefore, it is recommended that you ask the manufacturer to provide detailed parameters so that you can make the correct choice.
