Silent oil-free air compressors must do basic maintenance

It is found that more than 80% of users will not or do not remember to do maintenance work while using air compressors!
In fact, this is very bad for the service life of the air compressor and the user's use effect;
One: regular drainage
During the use of the air compressor, liquid water will accumulate in the gas storage tank due to the compressed air;
Failure to perform drainage maintenance for a long period of time will result in a reduction in the available volume, which in turn will increase the operating frequency of the air compressor;
This is detrimental to the loss of air compressors and user power!
Therefore, the drainage maintenance work should be carried out regularly according to the instructions in the manual or the label on the product.
(It is recommended to drain once every three days to one week)

Two: replace the air filter
The air inlet filter muffler filter has been used for a long time;
There will be particles such as dust blocking the filter holes;
If not replaced regularly, the efficiency of the intake will be greatly reduced in the later period;
Therefore, it is recommended that the user decide the replacement cycle according to the amount of dust in the place of use;
It is generally recommended to change it at least once every six months! (Check the color of the filter, the normal should be bright yellow, if it is dark or black, replace it immediately)

Three: use environmental inspection
The air compressor should be kept in a ventilated environment;
There should be no large amount of fine particles, dust, dust, etc. at the site of use;
The surrounding area should be kept clean and tidy, and the items should be placed in a disorderly manner to prevent potential safety hazards;
